A Family-Friendly, Safe Space

Pride in the Pines is a public, family-friendly celebration. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all ages. By attending, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Festival Guidelines & Policies

• By entering the event, you consent to photo and video recording and grant Northern Arizona Pride Association permission to use media for promotional purposes.
• No nudity (City ordinance; applies to all genders). This is a family festival event.
• No outside posters or signs.
• No pets (per City ordinance).
• No smoking or vaping (per City ordinance).
• No canvassing allowed within the festival or on Thorpe Park grounds.
• No hate speech, political propaganda, or disruptive conduct.
• Any activity causing disruption may result in removal without refund.
• No outside beverages or containers allowed.
• One sealed water bottle is permitted (any size).
• No water backpacks.
• No glass.
• No coolers or containers (children’s food/snacks allowed).
• Camping chairs, umbrellas, and blankets are encouraged.
• No illegal drugs or substances.
• No firearms or weapons.
• Bags are subject to search.
• NO WEAPONS ALLOWED.
• Northern Arizona Pride Association reserves the right to refuse entry or service.
