GIVEAWAY UPDATE!

From now until Friday, April 25th, every $50 donated to the Project 37 Stage Fundraiser gets one entry into a raffle, where we are giving away one drum set and one guitar. That’s every $50, so if you donate $100, you get two entries, and so on. Please help us get this funded so we can get this venue off and running with a great stage, sound and lights!

The winner will be selected at random and contacted via the contact information provided. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner may be chosen. Prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged or transferred. By entering, participants agree to allow Project 37 to announce the winner publicly and use their name in promotional materials. Employees, board members, and immediate family members are not eligible to win. If an individual has multiple entries in the giveaway, they can only win a single prize.

STORY

We officially are owners of a building! Our plans are to create an all-ages and sober music venue, housed in a community-forward coffee shop, and use the upstairs space as a community learning center, opening EARLY SUMMER 2025! To do all this, we need YOUR help!

In our new space, we have identified the need for a permanent stage. There's a small temporary stage in the space right now, but with the amount and types of events we want to do, a permanent stage is necessary. Before we open we'd like to construct this stage and prepare the space to be the all ages & sober venue that we've been dreaming of.

STAGE - $16,000

For the construction of a permanent stage in the ground level coffee shop space, we need $16,000 funded by mid-May (final date to be decided soon). We're excited to be working with BCI construction for this stage.

SOUND SYSTEM - $9,000

In order to make the stage functional for music, we need a sound system! With the help of our resident audio engineer, Cameron Brandon, we've created a budget for a sound system that will allow us to effectively run any and all events that we may want to host in our space, from full bands to solo artists to comedy to presentations, and so, so much more! This sound system will cost just under $10,000.
