NPHS PTSA PROJECT GRADUATION 2026

DATE: Wednesday, JUNE 17, 2026 – Thursday JUNE 18 2026

CHECK-IN: 9:15 pm – New Providence High School Main Entrance / Cafeteria (enter through main entrance)

DEPARTURE: 9:30 pm – Buses leave Promptly from the NPHS Front Circle

RETURN: approximately 2:30am – NPHS

Students will NOT be allowed back into NPHS upon arrival Saturday morning

COST: $50.00 per student ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

The NPHS PTSA Senior Class Committee and PTSA are proud to provide PROJECT GRADUATION for the class of 2026!

The purpose of Project Graduation is to provide an opportunity for our graduating class to socialize and celebrate with their peers in an environment that is drug, smoke, and alcohol free. Check-in begins promptly at 9:15 pm in the NPHS Cafeteria. Check in location is subject to change. All current NPHS/NPSD safety protocols will be in effect for the entirety of the Project Graduation experience, beginning with check-in.

During the check-in process, ALL BAGS, JACKETS, and POCKETS WILL BE EMPTIED and THOROUGHLY CHECKED. There will be NO consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages or other dangerous or illegal substances (including, but not limited to: cigarettes, vapes, Juul vaping products, any tobacco products) prior to or during Project Graduation. Anyone appearing to be under the influence of (or in possession of) any such substances will not be allowed to participate in the festivities, and their parents/guardians will be called to take him/her home.

*There is an indoor pool on premise. Please make sure to pack a towel and bathing suit. Changing rooms are available.

Any medication or over-the-counter product that will be brought to Project Graduation MUST be listed (during checkout). The medication must be in the original container in order to be admitted.

Beverages of ANY type are not permitted. This includes unopened bottles. EMPTY refillable containers are permissible.

Once a student is checked in to the cafeteria (or other NPHS area), they must stay there until it is time to board the buses for the ride. No-one will be permitted to leave the NPHS area for any reason. Transportation to/from Project Graduation will be by BUS ONLY.
