Hi,

My name is Syeda Zainab Fatima, founder of Project RELAY, a non-profit with a mission to bridge the digital divide for the refugee student population.

It all started with my passion for technology literacy. As I began teaching computer science at the age of 14 to refugee students, I realized the need for students to see what they learn in action -- which means access to sufficient technology for them to practice their digital literacy skills (e.g., typing, navigating with a mouse, etc.). Beyond just my students, I am driven to assist many students around the world in their journey of educating themselves and improving lives through technology.

You can help contribute to a movement of globalizing not just technology access but LITERACY not just among my students but to all student refugees around the world. Together, let's not look at these refugees for the life they're living, rather for the life they WANT to live.
