Right now, we need your help to get our training program into repair shops across the United States. To accomplish this, we need to finalize and digitize our curriculum and build a website for students and instructors to access the content. Once this is in place, we will need a continuous flow of revenue to operate our training centers. Please consider a recurring donation to this worthy cause!

What is Project Workforce?

Project Workforce is a non-profit organization that provides free automotive technical training combined with personal growth and transformation skills to meet the demands of life.

We serve:

Veterans
The recovery community
Formerly incarcerated individuals
Other at-risk communities

We’re looking for the right people who are ready to make a positive change in their lives and are willing to do the work to get it! Our program provides both the technical and soft skills needed for our trainees to be stand out employees and team members.

How does Project Workforce work?

Project Workforce operates through two distinct phases which are both designed for scale and long term success. In the first phase, we are establishing a comprehensive nationwide network of student referrals.

Our dedicated ambassadors, situated in various cities and states, establish valuable partnerships with military transition programs, nonprofits, and community organizations that serve our prospective students. These individuals either discover us organically or are referred to our program from one of these organizations.

Project Workforce Training Centers

Our teaching approach is immersive, akin to the process of learning a new language through immersion in the native culture, as opposed to relying solely on textbooks. We emphasize hands-on learning, setting us apart from traditional trade schools. Our program ensures that students achieve fluency in auto repair skills. They also learn soft skills preparing them for long term success like workplace culture, contributing to a winning team, stress management, personal responsibility for customer experience and retention, leadership fundamentals, accountability and more.
