Help Us Serve Generations to Come

You probably know Camp St. Charles is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.

You may not know that Camp doesn’t actually own the property we’ve called home since 1952.

Your help can ensure that Camp St. Charles continues to enrich the lives of campers for generations to come.

Recently our landlord, the Society of the Divine Savior, has signaled a desire to sell the land. CSC is in a good position to be the buyer, but building a successful offer will require extraordinary support from our community.

While we’re proud of the experience we create through our fee structure and donations, financing a real estate deal is not a typical part of our annual budget.

If you’ve listened to your camper for more than five minutes about paddling on the Charleston Creek, tubing on the Wicomico, creating ceramics in arts and crafts, visiting with the animals at Bro Roger’s Farm, swimming in the Fr. Glen Willis Pool, competing for the honor cabin flag, camping on Skull Island, or singing around the campfire, you understand that CSC could not be quite the same anywhere else.

The testimonies we hear bind us to our mission: of connections developing and confidence growing, of experiences at camp carrying through to successful adult lives, and of those same lessons being handed down to children and grandchildren. It is vital that we have a safe and beautiful setting to continue our legacy of responsibility, courage, and character.
