Prospect Theater Company, founded in 1998, is dedicated to fostering and showcasing today's new voices shaping tomorrow's musicals. In a pioneering spirit, we develop and produce new musical theater works. We are committed to providing full production opportunities for emerging and mid-career artists. Prospect creates educational and training opportunities, and sustains a supportive network within the field, including an artist alumni community that encompasses well over 2,000 creative professionals shaping the next generation of the American musical. We provide a forum for artists and audiences to connect and learn from each other, and we aim to nurture the work of this vibrant community through creating an inclusive space where fearless choices are possible.
