The Friends of Cache County Library team is working hard to spread information on the Providence City Ballot Question on adopting the Cache County Library. Voting begins October 23-30th with the final votes accepted on Nov. 3rd. There is currently no other plan in place to preserve the library.

We are a legal non-profit and so are unable to push for specific voting outcomes, but we also have great evidence that citizens of Providence care about and value this library. We are hosting a sign-making event on October 3rd at the Cache County Library from 10am-2pm using funds from donations provided. Our goal is for every citizen to be aware and educated on the library adoption possibility. We want to provide as many signs (make your own or pre-printed) as possible for neighbors and friends to display in yards and in prominent places across the community. Your donations would create more signs printed locally for our community.

We have an ongoing book sale at the County Library as well if you'd like to donate there. Everything goes toward specific goals directed by the Library Director that are needed to help preserve and grow this important community service.
