Move together. Stay awhile. Meet someone new.

For our November PS Connects, we're changing things up and gathering at Equinox for a Mat class, followed by time to cool down, chat, and connect with the women around you.

And don't worry—you don't need to be a fitness girlie to join us. Come exactly as you are. This is about moving our bodies, trying something together, and creating another easy opportunity for women to connect in real life.

After class, we'll hang around for a bit to gather, talk, and get to know one another—because the workout may get us there, but the connection is why we're there.

Coming alone? Please do. Many women come to their first PS Connects without knowing anyone. You don't need to bring a friend to come make one.

Space for this PS Connects is limited, so please only RSVP if you plan to attend.

Come move with us, laugh with us, and leave knowing a few more women than you did when you walked in.

In community, we grow.
