The PGA TOUR Wives Association is a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation organized to support and provide assistance to children and families in need through the means of charitable events.

Any amount paid over the association membership fee will be considered a donation to the association.

In connection with membership, the applicant hereby consents to the use, exhibition, distribution and/or licensing by PGA TOUR Wives Association, Inc. of the applicant's name, likeness, voice and/or other distinctive or identifying characteristics, including photographs taken at volunteer service projects and fundraisers, in promotion of PGA TOUR Wives Association and its activities in any and all forums and media throughout the universe, whether now or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, on the Internet, in perpetuity.
