Welcome to RunGood, the donation-based run club from WalkGood LA that celebrates all forms of movement. This Saturday July 25th, WalkGood LA and Propel Fitness Water invite you to a special morning RunGood experience at Kenneth Hahn Park. Meet us at 8AM. We'll warm up and stretch together before heading out around the park for our 5K run/walk.

Here's what you can expect during the morning:

Guided stretch and warmup
5K community run and walk
Post 5K yin yoga and sound healing
Post 5K complimentary body work (massage therapy, chiropractic alignment)
Free Vurger Guyz food for the first 100 attendees
Free Propel hydration + Propel socks, hats and t-shirt giveaways

YOUR MOVEMENT POWERS THE COMMUNITY

Propel will go mile-for-mile with the WalkGood LA community, matching each mile they run or walk with a contribution to the WALKGOOD LA IMPACT FUND.

The more runners, joggers, walkers, the more miles. The more miles, the higher the contribution. Invite your friends and family out to move for a good cause and hydrate after. Your participation directly supports WalkGood LA community initiatives for the city.

CHECK-IN PROCESS AND WAIVER

If you have signed a waiver for any previous WalkGood LA experience in 2024/2025, then you do not need to sign another WalkGood waiver. However, everyone must sign the General Activation Waiver.

Everyone must sign a waiver to enter the space and participate, including waivers signed on behalf of each of your children. Please sign the correct waiver above prior to arrival; there will be a simple check-in process where we will scan the QR code you receive in an email upon signing up for this event. We will also verify that you have signed a waiver. If you have not signed a waiver before, you will be able to do so upon check-in. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have your QR code ready and have your waiver signed beforehand!

1. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

We recommend that you arrive early to account for parking time, walking to location. We recommend wearing comfortable and flexible clothing, as well as the appropriate shoes for running/walking. There will be complimentary Propel Fitness water available at the event and food truck vendors to support.

2. WHERE IS THIS EVENT LOCATED IN THE PARK? AND WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR?

RUNGOOD is located in the Northwest area of Kenneth Hahn, off of the La Cienega entrance.

You can park in the lot located off of the La Cienega entrance. You may walk through the Japanese Garden and down the hill to the RunGood location. Parking a car at Kenneth Hahn is $10 (as of July 2025). Please arrive early to avoid any potential long car lines into the entrance for parking.
