Hundreds of teenagers and youth are struggling with unstable housing and homelessness in the greater New Haven area right now. They are fleeing unsafe living situations, aging out of state care, couch surfing, and living on the streets. They are young, vulnerable and face danger.

Youth Continuum provides emergency shelter, food, clothing and personal hygiene products to youth aged 14-24, meeting their most basic needs as we work with them to find permanent housing. We offer transitional and permanent supportive living options coupled with intensive case management and wrap-around programs and services to guide them into productive, independent adulthood.
