In this workshop, participants will explore practical strategies for identifying allies and supporters in an increasingly hostile political environment. We will work through case studies, collaborative conversations, and connection mapping activities to build deep, trusting relationships with other organizations and individuals in our community. By shifting the focus from surface-level signaling to true connection building, we can develop mutually beneficial, long-lasting partnerships that will help our communities survive and thrive for decades, and generations, to come.
