Our founder, Lisa Mason, listened to hundreds of grieved families in Texas-and across the country- plea for assistance to help bury their deceased family members. Distraught by the death of their loved ones and overwhelmed by conversations with family members who felt inadequate because they lacked the financial resources to bury their loved ones. Lisa knew there had to be a way to minimize the overwhelming stress these people felt.

Lisa spent numerous hours contacting social service agencies and researching existing literature to find agencies to aid families in giving their loved one's a proper farewell. After extensive research, she discovered there were very few organizations that helped families cover these expenses.

Determined to bridge this gap in service, Lisa founded Farewell With Grace, Inc. (FWG). FWG is a non-profit organization devoted to assisting families with donated burial plots , vaults, grave liners, assist with cremation expenses, and/or open and close of grave fee, floral arrangements, caskets, urns, funeral programs, grave markers, gravesite beautification projects, bereavement support and more.
