Hey there, I’m Steven Wilson.

You might know me—we may have worked together on set. I was probably behind the soundboard while you were making movie magic. But for those who don’t know me, let me tell you my story.

I grew up in California dreaming of making films. I went to film school, had the passion—but life had other plans. Family, steady jobs, and responsibilities took over. But that dream? It never left. It stayed with me, quietly burning.

In 2017, I took a leap. Moved to Florida with my family, chasing a shot at Universal Orlando. No guarantees—just drive. After a tough year, I landed the job. Audio Tech. It was incredible—until COVID turned everything upside down.

I lost the job. And then, when I came back, I lost it again over mask policies. That hit hard. But you know what? It reignited the dream.

I realized I didn’t need a big studio to be a filmmaker. I needed a community—and I found it here in Florida, among some of the most passionate storytellers I’ve ever met.

That’s why I started Intertwined Studios. I sold my home, bought five acres, and began building a space just for us—indie filmmakers, dreamers, creators. Our first building, an 1,800 sq. ft. warehouse with a sound studio and shooting space is ready to be built.

But we’re just getting started. With your help, we can build more: themed motel rooms, a Western town set, a park—whatever we imagine.
