Welcome to ActGood

Join us for ActGood, an acting workshop led by Myles Bullock Be. Myles is known for his roles in Fight Night, White Men Can't Jump, Black Mafia Family, and more. This workshop is designed to help actors become more effective storytellers by offering tools to access and create characters, sparking curiosity about both self and story. Through hands-on exercises, participants will deepen their understanding of the fundamentals and learn how to apply them with greater impact, all while invigorating their imagination.

ActGood welcomes two tiers of attendees with additional options for a deeper dive into the art of acting.

Full Participants will engage in all exercises, and Observers will witness the transformative process up close. The workshop will conclude with an interactive Q&A session with Myles and a special guest actor who will offer inspiration and real insight from those actively in the field. This is your chance to refine your craft, unlock new dimensions in your storytelling, and connect with a community of passionate entertainers. Previous guests have included Sheryl Lee Ralph, Melvin Gregg, and Michael James Shaw.

Additional options for Full Participants:

Monologue - rehearse to perform a monologue during ActGood as opposed to acting with a scene partner. Receive focused feedback by Myles to improve your craft.
One-on-One Feedback - get a one-on-one 15-20 minute feedback session with Myles. You'll have the chance to ask specific questions and receive personalized and uninterrupted feedback and advice from him. This may take place during a workshop or a scheduled zoom.
Platinum Package - Be a full participant, have the chance to perform a monologue and get one-on-one feedback from Myles in this all-inclusive ticket.

The deadline for Full Participants to purchase tickets is April 11th so there is enough time to assign scenes and pair partners together. Observers may purchase their tickets anytime until the beginning of the workshop.

Tickets are limited to 14 Full Participants (performing scenes) and 16 Observers (not performing scenes).

About Myles

Myles Bullock Be was born and raised in Los Angeles California. Raised in South Central Los
Angeles, he always had a love and admiration for TV/FILM that was fostered by his cinephile
grandmother Charlotte Bullock. After finishing up at Westchester Highschool Myles attended
Fresno State University where he stumbled into acting. During his acting tenure at Fresno State,
Myles played a myriad of characters in various plays such as ‘Topdog UnderDog’, ‘Arabian
Night’ and ‘Othello’ (playing Othello). He also won the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship
Competition, a collegiate acting competition where he beat out over 300 other participants to
go perform at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. Myles then secured a full-ride scholarship
to get his Masters of Fine Arts from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where he studied
and honed in on the craft of acting. After receiving his Masters and participating in over 40
stage plays Myles moved back to Los Angeles to take on the television and film industry where
he has been featured in one studio film and over 30 episodes of Television spanning over 7
different shows.
