Gaza City Resilience Fund

Hello, my name is Abby Johnson. I'm an American living in California who for over a year now has used her Tiktok platform to fundraise for Ghazawi families and humanitarian initiatives. This project is a collaboration between myself and my trusted friend Mohammed living in Gaza City who prefers his last name not be public due to Israel's policy of deliberately murdering humanitarian aid workers. Our work in the Gaza Strip will be documented here and on my Tiktok account (@itsjustafuntiktok).

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the basic necessities for life--clean water and food--to directly combat the ongoing Palestinian Holocaust and ensure a path forward for Palestinian life and livelihood in the Gaza Strip. We seek to provide for immediate needs among the displaced population in Gaza City from a forward-thinking perspective to enable the native citizens of Gaza City to stay steadfast on their land.

Future Planned Projects

Food Parcels

Once the border reopens and food is plentiful and less expensive we will purchase ingredients, bundle them together, and distribute these packages to families to allow them the freedom to prepare their food how they prefer.

Children's Dental Care

Children in Gaza used to receive dental care through their public education. However, since the collapse of the education and medical systems in Gaza many are suffering from cavities and other tooth decay. Dental health can seriously impact overall health. We will hire local dentists to provide care and cavity fillings for children.

We partners with a local clothing shop to provided clothing to several children in the nearby schools. Underwear was also given sizes were available.

We partnered with a local free kitchen to provide them with the ingredients necessary to cook and distribute multiple pots of lentil stew.

We hired a water truck to distribute water to displaced people in Gaza City.
