Young Successful Leaders Inc. (YSLI) is a youth-centered nonprofit in Baltimore dedicated to empowering young people through entrepreneurship, leadership development, financial literacy, workforce readiness, and mental wellness. We provide safe spaces, hands-on learning, mentorship, and real opportunities for youth to grow into confident, capable leaders.

Every young person who walks through our doors receives more than a program — they receive guidance, structure, encouragement, and a community that believes in them. At YSLI, we live by our motto: we build youth, who build youth.
