It is conducted under A.R.S. § 13-3302. All net proceeds support educational programming for LGBTQ+ and allied small business owners.

2. Eligibility. Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Packages 3 (DeMund Pool Party) and 7 (Date Weekend) include alcohol, and their winners must be 21 or older; if a winner of either package is under 21, [an alternate ticket will be drawn for that package]. Foundation staff and their immediate household members are ineligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Tickets and pricing. Tickets are sold online only at givebutter.com/holiday-raffle-copy-cfdbyf. Prices: $10 for one ticket, $25 for three tickets, or $100 for fifteen tickets. Ticket sales end at 3:30pm (Arizona time) on 11/22/26. There is no limit on the number of tickets one person may buy. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as stated in Rule 9. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible.

4. Ticket entries. Each ticket purchased is one entry into the drawing for the package the buyer chooses. Buyers list in the purchase memo which packages their tickets go to, and may split a multi-ticket purchase across any packages. If no package is listed, the sponsor will choose which packages the tickets go to. Each buyer receives an email confirmation listing their ticket number(s). Keep this confirmation for your records.

5. Prizes. Eleven prize packages will be awarded. Approximate retail values range from $290 to $4,250. A full list of packages and their values is posted at givebutter.com/queer-holiday-raffle-2026. Each package has its own drawing: one winning ticket will be drawn at random, in public, by a volunteer from the tickets entered for that package. Each ticket can win only the package it was entered for.

7. Winner notification. Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners will be contacted by email and phone, using the information provided at purchase, within [2] days of the drawing.
