Parking is located at the Eliot Boat Basin Pavilion parking lot (90 Hammond Lane, Eliot, ME) then a short walk to the boat launch and beach/PLUNGING area!
Dress lightly and bring layers and towels to warm up AFTER you plunge. Suggested, but not required, items are 2 towels, socks, slip on shoes, hat, sweatpants, sweatshirts, bathing suit to plunge in, booties, waterproof gloves, chair to place your items on or for your viewing pleasure!
