Supported by the Town of Eliot, ME, Action Ambulance Service and Aroma Joe's, Kittery!!

Time: 10:00m ET (Slack Tide)

Location: Eliot Boat Basin, Eliot, Maine

Cost: $25 per plunger.

PARENTS: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. If you would like your teenager to receive event notifications, please add their contact information.

Payment processing fees are 2.9% + a .30 per transaction cost is applied.

Today's seniors have had a high school experience like no other due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We want all of our graduates to celebrate their hard work with a safe night they'll never forget!

It takes a community to run this 100% donation-based and volunteer run event. This event would not be possible without your support. 100% of proceeds go directly to this year's Project Graduation event on June 9th, 2023.

PLEASE READ RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, AND PARENTAL CONSENT AGREEMENT. Upon check out, you will need to acknowledge reading the waiver.

In consideration of participating in the Project Plunge event for the Project Graduation Parent Committee, I represent that I understand the nature of cold water activities and that I and/or my minor child am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. I further acknowledge that the activity will be conducted in the Atlantic Ocean at the Eliot Boat Basin location in Eliot, Maine. I acknowledge that if and/or my minor child believe that any event conditions are unsafe, I and/or my minor child will immediately discontinue participation in the activity. I fully understand that cold water events involve risk of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the "releasees" named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I and/or my minor child incur as a result of my and/or my minor child’s participation in the Activity.

I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Project Graduation Parent Committee, Maine Administrative School District #35, the Town of Eliot, Maine or Action Ambulance Service, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place, (each considered as one of the "RELEASEES" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the "releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk that I, or anyone on my and/or my minor child's behalf, makes a claim against any of the “releasees”, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the “releasees” from any loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as the result of such claim.
