Many students from underserved and underrepresented communities face barriers to learning the skills driving today’s fastest-growing careers. That’s why we offer Tech Days in Machine Learning/Artifical Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and UX/UI Design, giving students hands-on experiences, mentorship, and confidence to innovate.

For many students, a Tech Day is their first exposure to these fields. They arrive curious, sometimes unsure, and leave inspired—realizing that technology isn’t just for others, it’s something they can create, shape, and lead.

Kimberly Wright, a minority cybersecurity professional, started Future Tech Leaders to ensure students from all backgrounds can explore technology, gain critical skills, and pursue opportunities—whether in tech or any career they choose.

We open doors to career pathways in tech that many students once thought out of reach. By empowering them to create technology, we’re building a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable tech workforce.
