🚨 Our Rabbits Need Your Help!

Help Us Rebuild a Safe Home for Our Rabbits

At Peggy's Peacock Palace & A Chance for Life Farm Animal Sanctuary, our animals depend on us to provide a safe place to live, explore, and be themselves. Right now, our rabbits need our help more than ever.

🐇 A Serious Problem Beneath Their Feet

Our rabbit habitat has developed a serious problem. Years of digging have created an extensive underground network of tunnels, and sections of the ground have begun to collapse. What may look like a few holes on the surface is actually a much bigger problem beneath the ground.

We cannot simply fill in a few holes and hope for the best. We need to excavate the affected area, uncover the extent of the tunnels, and rebuild the habitat with safety as our priority.

🛠️ Help Us Rebuild Their Home

This is a major project, and we cannot do it alone. We need our community to come together to help make this possible.

The work will include:

Excavating the habitat and removing the extensive underground tunnel system.
Replacing and properly compacting the soil.
Installing concrete underground bunkers with entry tubes to provide designated spaces for shelter.
Creating a digging barrier in the habitat to help prevent future problems.
Rebuilding and securing the fencing and overhead protection.
Providing safe temporary housing and shelter for the rabbits while construction takes place.

There are many ways you can help!

💚 Every donation counts. Whether you can give $5, $25, $100, or whatever you can comfortably afford, your contribution helps us move closer to a safer habitat. Small donations add up, and every dollar matters.

🧱 Have construction materials to spare? Donations of concrete, suitable building materials, fencing supplies, or other needed materials could help reduce the cost of this project.

🐇 Have cages or temporary enclosures available? We need safe temporary housing for our rabbits during construction. If you have suitable cages or enclosures you could donate or lend for the project, you could make a tremendous difference.

💪 Can you lend a hand? Volunteer help with appropriate construction tasks, cleanup, moving materials, and other project needs could save valuable funds that can be directed toward essential expenses.

📣 Can't donate right now? Sharing this fundraiser with friends, family, and animal lovers helps us reach people who may be able to contribute money, materials, equipment, or time.

💚 Let's Make This Happen Together

We'll reuse suitable existing materials wherever possible and welcome donated supplies, borrowed equipment, and volunteer assistance. Every expense we can reduce brings us closer to completing this project.

Our rabbits depend on us to give them a safe place to call home. With the help of our community, we can tackle this challenge and rebuild their habitat for the future.

You don't have to make a large donation to make a difference. You just have to be part of the effort.

Thank you for supporting Peggy's Peacock Palace & A Chance for Life Farm Animal Sanctuary and the animals who depend on us.

Together, we can dig deep, rebuild, and give our rabbits a safer home! 🐇💚
