But right now, our playground is near the end of its life and no longer meets the needs of our students.

We are launching Race to Recess: Strafford’s Playground Project to build a safe, inclusive, and engaging playground where every child can play, explore, and thrive. Our goal is to create a space that supports all ages and abilities—one that encourages movement, creativity, and connection for years to come.

This is more than just equipment. It’s an investment in our children, our school, and our community.
