Coulee Arts, formerly known as The RAD and home to the La Crosse Film Academy, is proud to announce its new name and future home at 422 Main Street in downtown La Crosse, formerly The Main Event Space.

The rebrand to Coulee Arts reflects the organization's expanded mission to inspire exploration and empower community through film, music, and the creative arts. While the organization has grown to include additional creative disciplines, the La Crosse Film Academy remains the film division of Coulee Arts, continuing to offer professional production services, editing suite access, equipment rentals, film classes and workshops, annual partnerships with SOTA II, and signature events including the annual La Crosse 48 Hour Film Festival.

In addition, Coulee Arts' continues its creative arts programming which includes classes and workshops in; Dungeons & Dragons, stop-motion animation, stand-up comedy, open mic events, as well as various art classes and in-service programming. This fall, the organization will expand its offerings with improv classes, additional visual arts classes, and after-school programming.

Coulee Arts' growing music programming currently includes the previously offered adult group guitar classes and will expand this fall with additional adult music classes and a Battle of the Bands event. Throughout the year, Coulee Arts will also host a variety of comedy events, live music performances, and concerts. They will also feature the return of the immersive halloween event, The Uncanny Exhibit.
