Summer 2026 Community Support Campaign

Your voice. Your stories. Your radio station.

As summer heats up in Montclair, Radio Free Montclair is energizing our community with the sounds, stories, and voices that make our town extraordinary. But we need your help to keep the momentum going strong through the rest of 2026.

Why Radio Free Montclair Matters More Than Ever

We're not just another internet radio station – we are your neighbors capturing the pulse of summer festivals, broadcasting live from local businesses, and sharing the stories from every corner of our vibrant community. From emerging local artists performing at the Uptown Sound Summer Stage to urgent community conversations about issues affecting your daily life, we're building something powerful: a truly local radio platform where every voice in Montclair can be heard.

This summer, we've already brought you:

Live broadcasts from Montclair's outdoor concerts and community events
Real-time coverage of local government decisions that impact your neighborhood
Platforms for local businesses to connect with customers
Youth programming that gives our next generation a voice - Mountie Radio
Coverage of local government issues

Your Impact Makes It Possible

Every tax-deductible dollar you contribute directly powers our mission to serve Montclair:

Essential broadcasting equipment that delivers crystal-clear sound whether you're listening at home, in your car, or streaming on your phone
Professional licensing and compliance that keeps us legally on air and protects our community platform
Mobile broadcasting technology that lets us bring live coverage from street festivals, town halls, and community gatherings
Diverse programming initiatives that reflect and celebrate Montclair's incredible diversity
Training and support for community members who want to share their expertise, stories, and passions on air

The Power of Community Radio

The magic of local radio happens when passionate community members step up to share their knowledge, their creativity, and their perspectives. Whether it's a longtime resident discussing local history, a small business owner sharing their entrepreneurial journey, or reporting on local elections, authentic community voices create programming you simply can't find anywhere else.

But this magic needs a solid foundation – and that's where you come in.

Join Our Community of Supporters

Consider making a recurring monthly pledge. While one-time gifts are deeply appreciated and make an immediate difference, monthly contributions help us plan confidently for programming, equipment upgrades, and community outreach. Even $10 a month creates stability that allows us to focus on what we do best: serving Montclair.

Summer Challenge: Help us reach 25 new monthly supporters by Labor Day!

Your ongoing support means:

More live community event coverage
Enhanced streaming quality and reliability
Expanded programming hours
Better training for volunteer broadcasters

Make Your Voice Count

As we head into the busy fall season of community events and local elections, your support ensures that Montclair's unique voice stays strong and independent.

Make your tax-deductible contribution today and help us build an even stronger community connection through the power of local internet radio.

Every dollar keeps local voices on the air. Every monthly pledge builds our future. Every listener makes us stronger.
