Rise Rescue Alliance was founded by a behavior expert who spent decades studying and teaching dog behavior across the globe. From the very beginning, the mission was clear: to provide a safe haven for dogs who often fall through the cracks, and to serve as a resource for both dog owners and professionals seeking guidance and education.

What began as a vision to help dogs in need has grown into one of the largest and most comprehensive rescue programs in the area. Today, Rise Rescue Alliance rescues animals, provides behavior support and rehabilitation, and ensures medical care for dogs in our program.

In addition, we serve the community with a pet food pantry and offer low-cost veterinary services, helping families keep their pets healthy and happy. Every dog we rescue and every family we support reflects our founding mission: to create understanding, compassion, and opportunity for animals who might otherwise be overlooked.
