The FACTS Initiative is Black-woman-led, and our clinicians reflect the communities we serve. When families see themselves in their therapists—and when cost, transportation, and waitlists aren’t barriers—trust grows, engagement rises, and healing is possible. We meet families where they are, providing on-site care with partner nonprofits and building a pipeline of clinical interns so more families can access care that reflects their culture and lived experience.
