CHAMPS is launching a fundraising campaign for the Rainier Beach Skatepark Community Art in the Park Project. Our goal is to raise $40,000 to fund an upcoming mural.

The budget breaks down as follows:

$15,000 for supplies and assistant artists

Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where youth and their families can gather, connect, and thrive. The Rainier Beach Skatepark is designed to be inclusive and accessible, welcoming everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, faith or spirituality, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or ability. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to enjoy recreation, build community, and feel a sense of belonging in a space that celebrates diversity, promotes respect, and fosters meaningful connections.
