Join burlesque performer Zoë (aka Connie Lingus) for an easy-to-follow routine to a classic burlesque song.

All genders are welcome to participate in this hour-long class, but be advised that the choreography is femme-of-center and the material is aimed at femme-presenting people.

The routine will feature the (optional) stripping off of a button-down shirt. The studio will have some shirts for borrow, but please bring your own if you can. Wear whatever you want underneath. No pressure to take anything off if you don't want to; the choreography still works without the stripping element!

There will be two other Empowered Rhythms classes:
