At Avenues of Excellence, we believe exposure is a powerful form of education—and for many of the girls we serve, simply stepping outside of their neighborhood can unlock an entirely new world of possibility.

Since 2009, our nonprofit has been committed to uplifting youth and families in underserved communities through transformational mentoring, leadership training, and social refinement. Our signature initiative, the Red Carpet Girl® Mentoring Program, equips middle and high school girls with the skills, confidence, and character they need to rise above their circumstances and walk boldly into their purpose.

This summer, we are taking a bold step: we’re inviting a select group of Red Carpet Girls® to experience their very first international journey—a 5-day educational summer camp in Nassau, Bahamas. This isn’t a vacation. It’s a powerful, purpose-driven experience focused on cultural awareness, global commerce, personal growth, and leadership development.

These are young girls who have never flown on a plane, never held a passport, and never imagined themselves on foreign soil. With your help, we can show them what’s possible—when someone believes in their worth.
