We are so thankful for the hearts of Rachel and Wesley, who have chosen to ask for donations to our rescue in lieu of wedding gifts.

As our medical coordinator, Rachel (and Wes) have seen firsthand the impact this work makes—and together, they have opened their home to over 60 foster pets, including 26 just this year alone.

Big Paws is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas. Since our start in 2016, our little rescue for big dogs has continued to grow. From our founding up until 2025 we have helped rescue, rehome, and rehabilitate 620 dogs in our area and had the pleasure of working with over 90 different foster homes. It is our joy and honor to help these dogs find their forever families. All of our dogs and their families are forever a part of our Big Paws pack- and that right there makes our hearts smile.
