This year, the Oklahoma Single Parent Scholarship Program turns 10 years old. Ten years of believing in parents who are doing the hardest work—raising children while pursuing an education. Ten years of late nights, early mornings, and quiet determination. Ten years of lives changed not just for one parent, but for entire families.

On Thursday, October 1, 2026, we hope you’ll join us for our annual Reach for the Stars fundraiser— a 10th Anniversary birthday celebration featuring bestselling novelist and essayist Anne Lamott.

As a Sponsor, your gift helps make this event possible and fuels the life-changing work of OSPSP—support that helps single parents stay enrolled and keep moving forward for themselves and their children. For the parents we serve, OSPSP’s flex funds—up to $2,400 per year—often mean the difference between dropping out and staying enrolled. That support covers the things life demands while school continues: childcare, rent, groceries, car repairs, textbooks. Real needs. Real relief. Real momentum.
