Since 2006, Reading Pride Celebration has celebrated & supported the LGBTQ+ community of Berks County. We celebrate Pride365 providing safe & inclusive spaces through our events and programs. This is made possible by our volunteers, and generosity of donors like you. We have a vision of creating a culture which equity, respect, love & joy exist for all members of our community. You can help make that vision a reality.

We need your support more than ever. The LGBTQ+ community has been under constant attack from elected leaders, hate groups & others. Pennsylvania is ranked #3 in the country for the greatest number of hates groups targeting the LGBTQ+ community. We can't make the hate groups go away, but we can provide safe spaces, visibility, and inclusive environments. Our safe & inclusive environments not only support our LGBTQ+ siblings but provide room for interaction & dialogue with the hope of creating allies, and the ultimate goal of eliminating hate toward our community. Our work is never easy but is more important than ever. The attacks on our community seem to have unlimited funding, making every day a challenge, but together we can change that. Together we will make Berks County a community that celebrates & embraces the diversity of our community members. A community that thrives together. Everyone is Welcome & Reading Pride, and one day we will be able to say the same about our entire community.
