Make Noise / Take Space brings together a powerhouse lineup of drummers who have shaped the sound, energy, and attitude of modern music from behind the kit. This conversation dives into the lived experience of women who chose volume, presence, and power in spaces that didn’t always make room for them, and how they claimed it anyway.

From punk stages to global tours, studio sessions to solo experimentation, these artists have built careers on instinct, resilience, and unapologetic expression. Iconic drummers discuss touring, survival in the music industry, staying creative, and taking up sonic space.

Grounded in counterculture and driven by a refusal to be sidelined, Make Noise / Take Space is both a celebration and a call forward, amplifying voices that continue to shift rhythm, culture, and who gets to be loud.
