On the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, where MLK shared his dream, there’s an engraved plaque marking the spot where he stood.

That marker is fading. Millions walk past it unknowingly.

And there’s a deeper crisis: The brotherhood MLK envisioned is fading, too.

Both should be renewed.

In our 250th year of American independence, to affirm once again that all men are created equal, the Prohuman Foundation is Renewing the Dream.

We begin by revitalizing MLK’s stone marker—an essential tribute to our nation’s moral foundation—to symbolically honor his memory.

But Renewing the Dream doesn’t only mean setting MLK's legacy in stone.

It requires champions in every generation who will pledge to ensure that his dream of brotherhood beats forever in the hearts of our children and fellow citizens—to us, this means scaling programs in schools and communities that reinforce pluralism, character, and shared humanity.

This August 28th, on the 63rd anniversary of "I Have a Dream," the Prohuman Foundation invites you to a special event in Washington, D.C.
