Let’s flip the script and SHOW our community how good life can get by surprising those with housing woes with the opportunity to have their rental expenses paid in order to achieve their financial goals and offer up special opportunities for affordable housing.

Our NEW Rental Assistance Program

Many in our community struggle with high rental expenses, a challenge affecting nearly half of U.S. renters. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development defines “cost-burdened” renters as those who spend over 30% of their income on rent and utilities. When rent takes up such a large portion of a household’s budget, it becomes increasingly difficult to cover basic needs like food, clothing, transportation, and medical care.

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live comfortably without sacrificing essentials.

Our Rental Assistance Program is designed to ease the financial burden by helping individuals and families with rental payments, allowing them to focus on building a more secure future. We offer targeted rental assistance for those who need relief from overwhelming housing costs. Whether you're facing temporary financial hardships or longer-term challenges, our program is here to provide support and hope.
