Compassion House is home to pregnant and parenting girls ages 11–17 and their children. Our residents live here while receiving support, education, life-skills training, parenting guidance, and a safe, stable home for themselves and their babies.

Our roof sustained significant hail damage during recent severe storms. Insurance covered $12,700 of the approximately $33,000 needed to fully replace the roof. That leaves approximately $20,000 still needed to replace the roof alone.

We also sustained damage to several trees that need to be removed which will cost another ~$6,000.

Our home is a nearly 100 year old farmhouse that has sheltered vulnerable young mothers and their children for many years. Right now, replacing the roof and removing damaged trees are essential to protecting the safety and stability of the families who call Compassion House home.

A leaking or damaged roof doesn’t just affect the building — it affects pregnant teens, babies, bedrooms, nurseries, and the sense of security these young families deserve.
