WHAT I'M RAISING MONEY FOR

I'm raising money for ZGiRLS, a nonprofit founded by Olympic and professional female athletes in 2014 to help middle school girls build confidence during the most formative periods of their lives.

This September, our team is training, riding, and moving—and every dollar we raise helps ZGiRLS put Confidence Kits directly into the hands of trusted coaches, teachers, and team leaders who already work with girls every day (think soccer coaches, Girl Scout troop leaders, after-school volunteers).

With a Confidence Kit, a girl walks away with real skills she'll use for life:

The confidence to try again after a setback
The tools to quiet self-doubt and speak up for herself
A stronger sense of who she is, on her own terms
Practical habits she can keep practicing long after the kit is done

Each activity in the Confidence Kit is only 5-minutes, and it's led by an adult she already trusts, right where she already shows up—practice, class, or after school.

WHAT IS “REPS FOR HER”?

Reps for Her is a month-long movement challenge where people turn their personal fitness goals into confidence for girls.

Throughout September, participants choose a movement goal that's meaningful to them—whether that's training for a race, biking, strength training, or simply moving more consistently—and fundraise along the way to help more girls build confidence through ZGiRLS.

Every mile, workout, ride, and dollar raised helps create opportunities for middle school girls to develop the confidence to embrace challenges, believe in themselves, and discover what they're capable of.
