Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors is a nonprofit law office providing free or low-cost legal services to individuals seeking humanitarian relief. In addition to providing direct representation, we also educate the community about issues related to immigration and advocate for immigrant rights and dignity.

Since our inception in 2008, TNJFON has provided high-quality, compassionate legal services in more than 7,000 cases. We primarily serve individuals earning below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or who face other financial barriers to accessing representation. With offices in Nashville and Memphis (where immigration court is located), TNJFON is focused on helping the most vulnerable immigrants in Tennessee.

We represent survivors of serious crimes, including domestic violence and trafficking. Some are children, who recently fled abuse, violence, and poverty. Many came to the United States years ago as young children, when their own parents dared to dream of a better life for them. Many are asylum seekers. All deserve to feel at home.
