Making Rest Accessible to Every Woman, One Experience at a Time

Every woman deserves a place to pause.

A place to breathe.
A place to be still.
A place to release what she has been carrying.

Yet for many women, rest feels like a luxury, something they will get to “one day” when life slows down, the bills are paid, the children are taken care of, the work is finished, and everyone else is okay.

But life doesn't always slow down.

Ignite Change Foundation believes rest is part of whole health.

That belief is why we created Rest at The Well, a community wellness initiative designed to make restorative experiences more accessible to women in our community.

Through this initiative, women can experience 60 minutes of restorative care at The Well Rest Spot through a Pay What You Can model.

Come as you are. Give what you can. Rest anyway.

A woman may contribute $0, $10, $25, $40, $50, or whatever she is able to give.

There is no judgment.
There is no need to explain why you need rest.
There is simply an invitation to pause and care for yourself.

When Ignite Change Foundation has grant funding available, those funds can help support additional Rest Experiences and expand access to women who may not otherwise be able to participate.

Your support helps us build a sustainable community initiative that can reach more women, create more opportunities for restoration, and remind women that caring for themselves is not selfish.

Rest is not a reward for finishing everything.

Rest is part of how we continue.
