🎭 Restore the Harbour. Reignite the Arts.

For decades, the Harbour Playhouse was the heart of the arts in Dickinson—led by Mrs. Bennie Nipper, who gave generations of young people a place to perform, belong, and grow.

Today, it sits silent.

But together, we can bring it back to life.

At The Dickinson Music Enrichment Center (TDMEC), we provide free music education to underserved youth across Galveston County. Now, we’re leading the effort to restore this historic theatre and transform it into:

The Ziyanna Jones Harbour Playhouse of the Arts—a permanent home for youth music, theatre, and community performances.

This project honors Ziyanna Jones, a young musician and mentor whose life was taken too soon—but whose impact continues through every student we serve.

🎶 Your Gift Will Help:

Create a home for free youth arts programs
Expand access to music and performance opportunities
