Our Spring Greens, Summer, and Fall Storage baskets feature the best of Wyoming's growing season, including fresh vegetables and herbs, locally raised meat, farm-fresh eggs, and Wyoming honey. Over 90% of the produce is grown by our team right here in Campbell County and the rest is sourced from local farmers and ranchers. Every basket you purchase keeps your dollars in Wyoming and helps feed a neighbor in need.

Please note: Baskets are designed to feed a family of four. We cannot accommodate specific vegetable substitutions, but a share table is available at pickup for customers to trade items with each other.

Spring Greens Basket

4 weeks | Every Tuesday | May 5 to May 26, 2026

Welcome spring with 5-6 seasonal, farm-fresh produce items each week. Your basket will feature a rotating selection based on what's growing, including various lettuces, spinach, kale, Swiss chard, rainbow chard, microgreens, Asian greens, green onions, fresh herbs, and beet greens.

As special additions throughout the season, you'll receive one dozen farm eggs, 12 ounces of local honey, and one pound of locally-sourced meat.

Summer Basket

10 weeks | Every Tuesday | July 14 to September 15, 2026

Taste the abundance of summer with 6-8 varieties of seasonal, farm-fresh produce each week. Your basket will feature a rotating selection based on what's growing, including salad greens, radishes, turnips, chard, zucchini, summer squash, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, cabbage, scallions, leeks, onions, potatoes, kohlrabi, and carrots — just to name a few!

Throughout the season, you'll receive one dozen farm eggs three times, 12 ounces of local honey once, and one pound of locally-sourced meat at least twice.

Fall Storage Basket

2 pickups | Tuesday, October 6 and Tuesday, October 13, 2026

Stock up for winter with approximately 80 pounds of storage crops in bulk (make sure you have plenty of room in your vehicle)! Your basket will include a selection of fall favorites like onions, potatoes, acorn squash, butternut squash, buttercup squash, spaghetti squash, pie pumpkins, beets, carrots, kohlrabi, turnips, and other storage crops designed to last through the winter months.

You'll also receive one dozen farm-fresh eggs, 1.5 pounds of local honey, and at least 3 pounds of locally-sourced meat.

Pickup Location and Time

All baskets will be available for pickup each Tuesday during their respective seasons from 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm at the Edible Prairie Project Warehouse - 617 N Hwy 14/16 (Blue warehouse, across from Gillette Movie Theaters).

Please bring your own boxes and bags to pack your basket items in each week.

Please opt in to text message reminders at checkout so we can send you pickup reminders the day of your scheduled pickup.

If you cannot pick up your basket: Contact us at least 24 hours in advance if possible to let us know. You may also send a friend or family member to pick up your basket on your behalf. Having someone pick up for you does not count as a missed pickup.

Baskets not picked up by 5:45 pm will be donated to families in need. Customers who miss two consecutive pickups without contacting us may have their spot offered to someone on our waitlist. Refunds will not be issued to customers who fail to pick up their baskets.

About Your Produce

Basket contents depend on what's in season. Weather, pests, and other natural factors may occasionally affect variety and quantity. We'll make it up to you in future weeks with extra produce when this happens. We can't accommodate specific preferences or allergies, but a share table is available at pickup for trading items with other customers.

Payment Policy

Once we receive your payment, we're committed to growing food specifically for you, so refunds cannot be issued.
