How the Exchange Parent Aide Program at Ready for Life’s Family HOPE Center works

The program provides in-home mentoring for parents at risk of losing their children to the system, pairing them with trained volunteers and professional staff to provide guidance and support. What is a Parent Aide?

Parent Aides are trained volunteers who assist parents with everything from defining family values to managing household tasks like meal planning, budgeting, and creating family traditions. They provide both practical advice and emotional support, helping parents build the skills and confidence to succeed.
