Rise Up Soccer Club

Offering accessible physical & social-emotional development for girls through soccer.

Rise Up Soccer Club is powered by the Tampa Bay Sun Foundation, and is building more than soccer skills in the Tampa Bay community. We’re building confidence, connection, and future leaders. Designed specifically for girls in grades 3–12, Rise Up delivers accessible after-school soccer and leadership programming to Title 1 schools and community organizations that support physical, mental, and social-emotional well-being.

School Sessions

School Sessions is a unique soccer program from Rise Up Soccer Club and supported by the Tampa Bay Sun Foundation to bring free, high-quality soccer clinics directly to Title I schools, making sure cost never stands in the way of a girl’s chance to play. Coaches emphasize teamwork, perseverance, and fun, creating a space where girls feel safe and seen.

For girls grades 3 - 5

Goals 101

This one-of-a-kind program bridges soccer with leadership training. Through lessons in goal-setting, communication, and resilience, girls learn how to lead on the field—and in life.

For girls grade 6 - 12

Let’s Rise Together
