Official Raffle Rules

This raffle is conducted by TexARTS Association for the Visual & Performing Arts, a qualified nonprofit organization, in accordance with the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act.
Ticket sales begin on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Central Time) and close on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Central Time).
Tickets are $25 for one (1) entry or $100 for five (5) entries. All entries are sold electronically.
The raffle consists of two (2) prizes:
- One (1) Green & Black Bob Schneider Signature Guitar
- One (1) Fuchsia Bob Schneider Signature Guitar
Two winners will be selected by random drawing on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at approximately 5:15 PM at TexARTS. Each winner will receive one of the guitars.
Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period, TexARTS reserves the right to conduct an alternate drawing.
Prizes are awarded as-is, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally eligible to participate under applicable law.
Net proceeds from this raffle directly benefit TexARTS and support its charitable mission to provide professional theatre, arts education, and community arts programming.
Each raffle ticket represents a voluntary contribution to TexARTS in exchange for an opportunity to participate in the raffle. Purchase of a raffle ticket does not guarantee that the purchaser will win a prize. Except as permitted by law, no goods or services are received in exchange for the contribution other than the raffle entry.
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or reporting obligations associated with acceptance of a prize.
By accepting a prize, winners grant TexARTS permission to use their name, likeness, and photograph in connection with promotional materials relating to the raffle without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
TexARTS reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the raffle if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or as required by applicable law.
