Mental health touches every family, workplace, school, and community. Yet too many people still struggle in silence because they are afraid of being judged or do not know where to turn for help.

Rock the Stigma was created to bring our community together through music while starting important conversations about mental health. This event is about reminding people that they are not alone, help is available, and seeking support is a sign of strength.

Proceeds from Rock the Stigma will benefit Siouxland Mental Health Center and help us continue providing compassionate, accessible mental health care to children, adults, and families throughout Siouxland. Our services include therapy, psychiatry, crisis care, school based services, community support, and specialized care for children and adolescents.
