For over 10 years, Rocket Chef has been Huntsville's premier culinary showdown. Local chefs face surprise ingredients and a ticking clock — live on stage, in front of a crowd of nearly 600.

Before the competition ignites, guests enjoy a tasting reception featuring signature dishes from each chef's restaurant. It's a night of culinary artistry, fierce competition, and community spirit.

All proceeds benefit Merrimack Academy for the Performing Arts. Founded in 2008 as a single weekly dance class for 10 children, Merrimack now offers 23 arts programs serving hundreds of children and adults with special needs across North Alabama.

Your sponsorship and your vote for the People's Choice Award all go directly to keeping those programs running.
