Welcome back to Rooted in Solidarity Summer Camp!

A weeklong day camp that concludes in an exhibit for all guardians and families of our campers to celebrate all that they've accomplished together. Join us Monday August 3rd - Friday August 7th in the heart of Asheville for a week of fun!

Rooted in Solidarity is an enriching experience where youth will learn, grow, and build strength together as a community. Every day will have a specific theme: art, nature, activism, and mental health. There will be youth-facilitated and adult-facilitated workshops each day, with an emphasis on connection and experiential learning.

Youth will be in groups of either 11-13 or 14-16 year olds with chances to mix and mingle through out the day.

LGBTQIA+ and allied youth ages 11-16 are invited to join us!

Camp Schedule:

Camp will take place from 9am-4pm each day, with a showcase Friday evening after camp from 6-8pm. Drop-off is between 8am-9am, pick-up is between 4pm-5pm.

Tuesday: Nature Day
Wednesday: Activism Day
Thursday: Mental Health Day
Friday: Create presentations/projects
Friday Evening: Youth Presentation
