Grief is both a personal and collective journey, and throughout history, people have turned to the wisdom of plants for comfort, remembrance, and healing.

Join End of Life Doulas Echo and Karyn for an intimate workshop exploring the ways botanicals support us in navigating loss. Together, we will reflect on ancient connections between plants and grief, their presence in memorials, tombs, and sacred rites. As well as modern ways to introduce botanicals into our daily journey with grief. Participants will create two gentle tools for their own healing journey: a nourishing grief-support herbal tea blend and a topical essential oil roller to carry with you as an ally in tender moments.

This gathering will be held Saturday, March 21st, from 2–4 PM in End of Life Doula Collaboration Center at The Emy Frentz Building. All supplies are included, exchange of $35 & RSVP is required to be sure adequate supplies are provided.
