Important Information & Official Terms

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is available by mailing your name, mailing address, email, and phone number to: Richmond Ed Fund, 301 N 9th Street, Fl 17 Richmond, VA. Limit one free entry per person. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This raffle is open only to individuals physically located within the Commonwealth of Virginia at the time of ticket purchase or entry. Void where prohibited by law.

The drawing will be conducted on June 1, 2026, in Richmond, Virginia. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Travel experiences are subject to availability, blackout dates, and provider terms. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

This raffle is conducted by Richmond Ed Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 54-2025186), in accordance with Virginia charitable gaming laws and regulations.

Supporters who are not located in Virginia are encouraged to make a donation to support Richmond students, but are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
